As I said in my first post my aim is to encourage you to practice Awareness and for you to help each other do the same so we can all be liberated. Liberation is from the person, the separate identity, the individual. You are not that. This identification with yourself as being a separate individual brings untold pain, suffering and loneliness as it is ultimately limiting because you are unlimited and infinite Awareness. So to know what you are you must first investigate what you are not. And to know what you are not you must watch yourself very, very carefully.
